Rick Newson is a Helicopter Flight Operations and Training Inspector who is
co-ordinating the Single Pilot CRM issues within the CAA. He continues to
fly in both the Multi and Single Pilot environment with previous experince
gained in the Royal Navy, Police, Ambulance, Corporate and Offshore
industries.  His presentation will highlight the current situation in
implememnting Single Pilot CRM training.
