Human Factors: Making a Difference

08 October 2008
A Conference presented by the
Human Factors Group: Engineering
Royal Aeronautical Society Human Factors Committe

Synopsis

Looking at the available data, as an industry we all seem to agree on the key Maintenance Human Factors issues. However, knowing the problem is only the start. What can we now do about these issues and how can we make a difference? Following on from the previous HFGE conference which looked at Human Factors within a Safety Management System, this conference focussed on potential solutions that can make a difference to the way in which we reduce the risks of human error.
