INTRODUCTION
Information processing is the topic that is most central to human factors. Everything we do hinges on our ability to process and respond to stimuli and all error can be traced back to problem at some stage of the information processing system. This section addresses different elements of separately and within each section is an overview, links to any relevant resources and a competency bank that operators may use freely as they develop their own human factors programmes.
