Focus Groups

Focus Groups or "Tiger Teams" examine topical issues and problems where an objective, third party forum may be of benefit to the industry and the experience of committee members may be called upon.

Focus Groups are not restricted to HFG Committee or HFG members at large - members may be co-opted from industry, academia or other informed sources as needed.

Currently there are two HFG Focus Teams:

• Video Shop (Video Shop) - a project to establish a CRM teaching resource centre for use by professional HF trainers and organizations.
• Joint Incident Review Group ( Incident Review) - a project to analyze selected incidents and accidents from all possible viewpoints, including CRM, Cabin, Engineering and Standards, and submit a collaborative position paper for use as a training and investigation aid.
