CCSG Bulletins
Bulletin No. 1 looks at two emergencies where PAX behaviour was materially relevant to safe outcomes: the Evacuation of Embraer 195 at Ronaldsway, Isle of Man (19th January 2009) and Fumes and smoke in the cabin – B747 – Phoenix, Arizona (11th July 2009).
Bulletin No. 2 looks at the purpose and objectives of Crew-centred debrief in CRM training including skills and tips.
